I was sold a mattress with a one year warranty. It degraded badly after 6 months, was replaced and within 6 months the springs were visible again on the uncovered mattress. Customer service had not planned on removing the defective mattresses and agreed to do so only after a back and forth conversation. One of the service people told me the mattress was not intended for a years use and should never have been ordered by my healthcare advisor. Hunh? I do not recommend SS of NY unless you know exactly what you need and have the health or healthcare advocate to stand up for basic customer service rights.
