Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
