I am giving one star because it won't let me give less. They couldn't have been less interested in servicing a device under warranty. Tried to get me to pay cash because "it would be faster." When I got the device back, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Completely incompetent. Don't go here. For anything. Ever.
