One thing that's been so annoying about ACCLAIMED HEALTHCARE INC, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
