Terrible attitudes. Swearing & yelling at venders/patients on the phone. Rude to patients, doctors & therapists. How they are in business still blows my mind. ANYWHERE ELSE is better than this joke. The woman Jane is the rudest person I've EVER dealt with...not to mention I could here her cussing out a vendor on the other line. Completely professional -- NOT.

If they call you to pick up your ordered compression hose/socks - go get them RIGHT AWAY. After my credit card was billed and my socks ordered I got a call mine were in. I was out of town for week of Thanksgiving and didn't get them right away. Went today to get my PAID FOR hose and ONE OF MY PAIRS HAD BEEN RE-SOLD to man who was "frantic" because he and his wife were flying out that evening and she needed a pair of black. Well, so did I that is why I ordered them! So much for being a repeat customer...
