I selected this company as my oxygen supplier in November 2010. The local staff in Greenville NC were polite, knowledgeable and willing to help. if there was a problem or question about any of the durable equipment or oxygen supplies I could count on them for answers. I was very satisfied with the company and even recommended them to others, however, their service has changed. We can no longer reach the local office by phone. All calls goes to a central office and an automated system that puts you on hold for long periods of time. if you get a live person they are no help and today the Customer Service Rep hung up on me. I am tired of this company and plan to change as soon as I can.
