Unable to contact Saint Peters MO branch directly. Even though local number provided, the call is re-routed to 800# customer service and wait time is ALWAYS several minutes. Even a simple question regarding hours of operation at a branch has to be verified first by customer name, address and zip code. Whew!!

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
