They the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
