what a terrible experience at Sparrow Regional Medical Supply. After arriving and speaking to the pharmacy...I was referred to the medical supply area for their expertise. Took a specific number to address a creme that my sparrow doctor required and pharmacy wanted me to try the medical supply personal to see if I could expedite my order. I proceeded to watch as the only guy helping my side offered to help fill the paper in the copy machine and went off to help another colleague with a question as if I wasn't even present. I was the only one in line on his side. He didn't acknowledge me even to say I will be with you in just a moment. After 10 minutes I threw the ticket in the waste basket. Two other customers were helped in the line next to me while I waited for his (non) expertise. This is the second time I have had an issue with this place. Why are they so rude??? Consequently, I ordered the necessary creme off the internet. Sparrow is too big for their own britches and our surrounding community. Disappointed. Never again.
