Staff is rude. They act like they don't want to wait on you when you walk in. c-pac rental was nothing but a one hassle over another. They couldn't read the card, they sent it to Rochester, couldn't read the card. Didn't stop anyone from charging me for using the machine. Again, not a user friendly store.

I've purchased my last piece of medical equipment from this place. A bunch on condescending women that act like they are doing you a favor by filling your RX. This is not a one time experience. I've been there for my supplies on a regular basis and have never been treated like a CUSTOMER. Don't expect a smile, or even someone who gives a darn you are there. Go somewhere else....anywhere else.
