They don't take anything back if you opened one piece to see if they sent the right thing. So when they send the wrong items. I got stuck with 6 boxes of something I can't use. It's a simple bandage. Not using them any more.

Not a reliable company to order ostomy supplies from. I was not informed that your supply order could/would arrive in separate packages from different locations up to a week apart. I was informed that when placing an order , you would receive it the next business day. Only partical order arrived. Wafers do not work alone without pouches. For insurances purposes , I can only place one order per month, and only one months supply. It's important to me to have my supplies arrive together.
