Incompetent staff ... overcharged for breast pump unit that was returned on time. Beware when dealing with these folks a one month $75 breast pump rental turned into a $200 charge on my credit card. The pump was returned in the very same condition and we were given a return receipt.

Unfortunately, they cannot keep track of their own records. The company is slow to react and we will have to get resolution through my bank or the BBB. I would not deal with this company again. Poor customer service.

Very bad company. All they care about is money. They have no respect for your health needs. They have no problem taking your oxygen away when you run out of money, they did it to my sick father.
