Nightmare!

My initial conversation with Neighborhood Diabetes was great; very friendly, knowledgable, great insurance info... but unfortunately it ended there.

I've spent a month with my doctors trying to order a Dexcom CGM, AND I'M STILL WAITING! I call Neighborhood and all they say is that my doctor has all the paperwork they need. I call my doctors office and they say they faxed it all over. I've done this call back and forth 7 times!!! Sometimes neighborhood has part of the prescriptions, I call back and speak to someone else and they don't have ANY?!? I finally sat next to my doctor while he called and apparently neighborhood only sent 1 of 3 perscriptions needed along with a doctors note. WHY CAN'T THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY!?! I have never been so frustrated with a company before. I ask them to contact my doctor directly, thinking they may actually want to help fix the issue... "Absolutely" they say, they didn't. And of course there's no feedback or customer service section on their website... no you have to call to get the runaround again, and again, and again! UGHHHHH!

And I'm supposed to trust this company to refill my supplies every 3 months? Scary.
