I was looking for some athletic compression socks my friend had told me about. When I arrived at Black Bear Medical I was extremely surprised at the selection but even more so surprised at the amount of sports health products. I always thought they were all wheelchairs, walkers and home medical equipment. I was actually greeted by one of the managers who looked like he was on his way out the door but took great care of me and explained everything about the compression socks. He told me they have over 900 products. I was extremely happy with the service and the selection. I will definitely be back for other things. In the last year it looks like they have hired new staff and the customer service has been fantastic.

I called there looking for a specific medical aid and was treated like an annoyance. Said they had the device, when I asked the price the person told them just a guess was good. Why would I actually go there?
