Great customer service and friendly staff at their Paducah Ky branch. Their home shipment division is not that great, either shorting you on supplies, or forgetting to send them all together.

You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
