I constantly have trouble getting the correct supplies. I always have to call them and explain that they have sent me the wrong items. I am still waiting for supplies I should have received 2 months ago.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
