I never had a problem with this company nor its employees, they send out my husbands diabetic testing supplies on time, this only thing I do not like is the form they send out to track his numbers about every three or six months, such a hassle

ccs medical is the most awful company I have ever had to deal with, there only answer is "I can't help you." "it isn't my department" or "Oh, there was a mistake made" seriously cheating, thieving people. they have even told me that I can't get a detailed statement for 2014. this is jan. 2015. really, seems like any corporation that does business in the US would have that info. But no not CCS Medical they will steal from you and never look back til they are caught then it is a mistake but you will NEVER talk to anyone with answers. that must be because none of them knows anything except stealing your money and telling you, you haven't paid on your account(which they were to be drawing the payment out each month) "oh, we made a mistake" But you have to realize that INSURANCE companies love them cause they get such a great break. while they steal from the individual.
