Generally poor, inefficient operation.There is no way to get through directly by phone for routine re-order. Instead, one must go through a chain of different voicemails often ending up with someone who feels compelled to re-invent the wheel with needless, repetitive questions of info already on file. Supplies are never in stock and require 3-4 days to get them on site. This often necessitates more than one visit.

Overall, Suberban Medical is plagued with poor management that is just not focused on the customer. It is closest to me so that's the only reason I shop there.
