They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My deliveries are on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have used. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Every time they always remember me by name and greet me, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
