My electric wheelchair has been fantastic for the past four years, but my electric hospital bed has a short in the remote and the mattress is almost 4 years old. Am I talking to the right people? I was a patient at Rose Garden Health Rehab & Nursing Home. I got my wheelchair in 2011and my bed the same year when I came home. I was wondering if there was a way I could get a new remote for the bed? I have to tap it on the rail every time for it to work.
