Northern Home Medical Supply has been the Medical Supply Company of choice for my family.Originally distressed after my baby was diagnosed with Severe Uncontrolled Asthma. I was a new, single mother and my daughter is my whole life. They suggested and assisted me in the purchase of a Portable, Battery Operated Nebulizer, instantly we were on the go(something we never had before) now we were able to make plans instead of live our lives on a day to day basis. My daughter is now on 12 years old and going to camp for a week (with the originally portable nebulizer along side her). Over the years we had misplaced the Manufacturer's User Guide(the original booklet information required by the camp) for her to attend. JENNIFER is awesome. She pulled up my daughter's acct. instantly and offered to contact the Manufacturer and have the booklet emailed to me. She called me back in under 7 minutes. Jennifer copied the booklet from one they had on display and emailed it to me directly. The OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE we receive from this store is amazing. A potentially devastating situation for my daughter was eliminated in under 7 minutes....because they cared, Jennifer made me feel my daughter's health(both physical and mental) was as important to her, as it is to me.
THANK YOU NORTHERN HOME MEDICAL AND JENNIFER, once again you are there for us.
