I received only a partial order of a regular monthly supply. When the order was delivered to my house no comment was said about one item not being completely filled. the guy handed me a cardboard box and ask me to sign the electronic pad. I looked into the box and say that it was what I had been expecting. I am now filling the order away and I noticed that one item was not complete. MY order calls for a box of 20 Eakin Cohesive. There was only 5 items in the box. This is a standing order and they should not send out an incomplete order. I will be calling the pharmacy on Monday Nov. 30. to inquire when my order will be filled completely. I do not know what review of orders take place before it goes out, but I think the process should be reviewed.

OK So my mom was discharged from the hospital. They were supposed to bring her a portable concentrator. They didn't fill her prescription even though they had it 2 days before discharge. They didn't contact anyone to say there was an issue with the prescription nor did they even both to call the discharge nurse until after my mom had been on the phone all day with them the following day after she was discharged. They were very unprofessional and kept giving us the run around over what was wrong. My husband ended up have to get things straightened out and spent a couple hours on the phone getting different answers every time someone else came on the phone and even had them threaten that mom will have to pay for everything out of pocket. She has 3 insurance policies and they have an agreement with Tricare that precludes them from charging if it is a Tricare referral. I hate to think what would have happened if mom didn't have people advocating for her like so many elderly don't.
