I have been using Saveon Pharmacy for at least 2 or more years getting at least 10 prescriptions filled per month. I have always been more than satisfied with the service and friendliness of the entire staff, in fact I would say they are OUTSTANDING. Until today. 8/15/13.

I called in yesterday the 14th for a refill on my Warfarin. I had 1 refill left on my prescription. Any body that knows any thing about Warfarin knows the prescription is regulated by my caregiver. Sometimes you take one a day sometimes two, depending on your INR results.

Today, when I went to pick up my prescription, first they could find no record of me or my prescriptions in the computer system. When I was finally located I was told that it was too soon to fill the prescription,. Now, a simple phone call to the Doctor listed on my prescription would have fixed that problem immediately. Instead, I was sent away without my Warfarin.

Any pharmacist knows the dangers involved if ones INR is too low or too high. I am not willing to die over this and it needs to be resolved immediately.

Once again, I want to stress that the regular staff at this pharmacy is OUTSTANDING and I mean every one of them. I don't know who the people are that were on duty today. I had never seen them before.
