Great Customer Service!

For the past three weeks my physician's office has been attempting to get the necessary paperwork to complete so that I can order test strips. Edwards says they have faxed the necessary papers but they have not been received by my doctor. Consequently I am going to be forced to look for another company to handle my husband's diabetic needs. While the representatives I have spoken with were cordial, this does not solve the problem that I have experienced.
