I went to yorkshire pharmacy and the service was great. My medication was done and in my hand in less than 15 minutes. And when I wanted it delivered it was there within an hour.

I was treated badly by Yorkshire Pharmacy


On Thursday Sept 9th ,2010 After coming from Dr. Christopher Eun office at 910 river side Dr.,NY # 212-568-9810....I took my prescription to this pharmacy,. which I've done on many occasions. After i walked in & gave my prescription to a Mr. Marc S. Klausner.

After i did this another white man walked in behind me, Mr. Marc greeted this man, but then began to violate my rights & disrespect me in his store. Mr. Marc then said to me, i no longer will be accepting any prescriptions from the city of NY, i ask him how could he get away with not servicing me and he just said, because i can, being humiliated by this begot at this time, i just walked away.

I then took my scrip to another pharmacy in Hackensack, NJ & had no problems, i ask that pharmacist if what Mr. Marc did was right, & they said he was wrong for treating me this way. I agreed, so i went back to this begot Mr. Marc, & as calm as i could,.& respectful, i ask him why would he treat me in this fashion.

Mr. Marc went on to say, he seen in increase of scrip from NY coming to his store to be filled, but after many unsuccessful failed attempts to verify its content, he refuse to accept them further. I ask if he would called my Dr. they would be able to verify its contents, he just said "Naw", i just didn't want to. He continue by saying "I know who you are Josh Conley form NJ", as to say he did some back round check on me. At this time i felt very offended, like I was being judge for the type of medication i must take(Percocet) i have taken this meds for all of my adult life, even while joining the military, i still had to use these meds. But Mr. Marc comments to me seem to suggest because i'm forced to take these meds, he will labeled me or put me in some kind of category, i felt offended.

Because i continued to challenge Mr. Marc decision, he became upset, & started yelling and degrading me, & as i walked out of his store, called me a jerk, Well Mr. Marc your an asshole, was my reply.

Because Mr. Marc refuse to do his job for which he was hired, he refuse to service me or anyone (in my opinion) who look like me.

Mr. Marc went on to say "My Boss Black", but after further research, i think his boss last name is "Patel", if so, than Mr. Marc need some culture training, just because he is a dark skin person, he's not necessary black. nor if some people who speak Spanish all come from Mexico. Jerk
