I usually go to the Garden City store, but today I am going to Pooler, so they are letting me pick up my meds there. The pharmacy techs always let me know they will take care of me! I have witnessed how polite and caring the staff members are to others, too, so it's not just because they like me, ;) They are kind and helpful to all customers. It is true that they have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Every one of my family members is on a first-name basis with all the staff, although we know none of them outside of the pharmacy.

The pharmacists are always open to questions and discussions about meds and interactions/side effects. They are personable, and seem to know your profile and history without looking it up! Harold, the pharmacist, is the definition of professionalism with caring included. Vicki, the pharmacist at Pooler, doesn't see us as often, yet she always knows what's going in with your health via your prescriptions, and is always of good cheer.

Stephanie is so smart and knowledgeable you'd mistake her for a pharmacist. She's a great tech who remembers everything and does everything. I want what SHE's taking to have her energy and smarts, LOL. Shannon is like the smiling sister who always cheers you up. All the techs are great.

I heartily recommend this pharmacy and don't want to go anywhere else. I sometimes must because I have to have a prescription immediately, and Harold and Stephanie have called around to competing pharmacies to find it now. (Some things are currently out of production, so we had to look for existing stock.)

You won't be disappointed, and you will be SPOILED if you try this pharmacy or the one in Garden City. Try it!
