This pharmacy is notorious for running out of specialty medication. Customer service is nonexistent and shows no remorse when they screw up the medication and the orders time and time again. Our physician even told us of transplant patients not having their immunosuppressant medication because they forgot to order the compounds. Which resulted in the patient being admitted to the hospital.

They have "forgotten" to order the compounds to make my 8.5 month old child's corn free medication, leaving him without the medication for nearly two weeks. This is a medication he takes twice a day. This was also after having him on a strict diet for 8 weeks, and without the medication his condition regressed, and his healed intestinal wall lining to be ruined. Not only have they forgot to order the compounds to make it, but consistently ruin the order when they do have it (quantity, quality, etc). They ruined the medication by leaving it at room temperature, causing it to be even warm to the touch from the window they stored it near. Once again making my child wait for his medication.

I would never recommend this pharmacy. My advice if needing specialty medication made is to try Walgreens, Geneva Woods, or Lake Otis Pharmacy across the street.
