Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. This provider needs to gain more current knowledge in their field. They were ok but I didn't feel that they were at all exceptional. The waiting room furniture looked mostly clean. It's not usually a challenge to find a chair to sit on in a waiting room. This provider's waiting room was very pleasant and the chairs were inviting.
Me and my daughter took our dogs to be fixed at the same time, They were nice an polite when we first dropped them off, and we told them one of the dogs may try to bite so they would know to be careful, even though they are both small dogs, upon picking them up, they acted strange and told us the other dog tried to bite an not the one we told them about, and then pointed to a door and told us to go in there and find them, we proceeded in there an was looking around as we had no clue where they were, one of the Drs was in there and finally asked what we were looking for and we told him, he was like o their right here and wasn't to friendly about it, they had told me my dogs stitches were inside so I wouldn't have to bring him back, my friends had to take hers back in a couple weeks to get stitches out, now my dog all a sudden has got a stitches poking threw the skin which I have trimmed off with nail clippers, her dog has got a big knot under her skin, really makes me wonder how nice were they to our dogs after we left, I have been to this Vet several times spending a lot of money and so has my daughter and never had a problem till now. Do you think I will go back, No way and neither will my daughter, as she is more upset than me because of the knot, and how they acted, their vets I'm sure they have had a lot more trouble with a lot bigger dogs trying to bite them, I would think they would be more professional and know how to better handle it than how they did. We may have to take hers to another vet to see what he says about the knot that is inside her, hope they didn't leave anything inside her.
