I had to bring my cat there to be put to sleep, she was 13 years old. I was so upset and they did everything they could to console me and gave me time with cat before I left. I feel like they are very compassionate.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Absolutely the best. No plans to ever go anywhere else if possible. Ms.Cindy and her staff are wonderful. So great with my little darlings(yorkies). Not only are they great at what they do and you can tell that they all really love animals and care about what happens to them which means so very much to us and will never forget the kindness and love shown to our pets.
