I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. One thing I noticed about their office was that there was no negative odor at all. They keep it very clean. They made sure that my cat was properly diagnoses and prescribed appropriate medications. I was very pleased with their care and concern.
