The receptionist was horrible she is rude disrespectful and very impatient. She does things her way and does not try to listen and answer the questions of the client. She sits and acts like she's at home when she's at the front desk. However dr. Chandler is very great, he know what he's doing and straight forward. And I know unlike some vets he's not out just to get your money he is very great and his assistant is very nice aNd helpful also. A new receptionist would be a great thing!
