They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
