We were the first clinic in the area to bring in-house diagnostic blood work, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and laser therapy and surgery into our daily practice. Butler Veterinary Clinic is a full service hospital that offers everything from preventative care to sick patient and emergency care. Our veterinarians, Drs. Janet Wood, Joseph Butler, and Steven Schumacher have nearly 60 years of combined experience. In addition to their extensive experience, our veterinarians attend yearly conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary care, as well as consulting with some of the highest respected veterinary institutions such as Kansas State School of Veterinary Medicine, Colorado State Veterinary School, and Iowa State School of Veterinary Medicine.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
