This place is not what it may seem when you initially walk through the door. The staff is friendly, but only on the surface. I had made an appointment for my cat to be neutered. It was scheduled and set. When we arrived that morning to drop off the cat for the surgery, the staff acted as if they knew nothing of it, even though it had been scheduled only 4 days prior. They all seemed at a loss. My cat fasted the night before, and time was taken away from work to get this cat there for his surgery, all to find they had not even put it in the computer correctly. They were not even apologetic, and are very poor at getting back with you on important matters. Their prices are higher than other Vets in the area as well, and they push services and products to increase their bottom line. There is definite focus on money here, and a lot of fake "concern." There is certainly better, more educated and well advised healthcare for your pets than this place can provide. Go forth and get it, and pass this place by. You will be glad you did.
When my cat was a kitten I took her here several times to get her shots. While the staff is friendly and appointments are easy to make, I feel I was severely overcharged. I don't feel like I should have been charged $30 for every visit when I had to go back several times to complete the series of vaccinations. Just for being there 4 times, that's $120 down the drain, and that doesn't include another $200-$300 for the vaccinations. I won't be returning here, as it is just silly to be charged for visiting when you are returning every couple of weeks.
