Sherry coordinated with my doctor regarding my hormone replacement therapy. Frankly, I feel better using natural products made from yams rather than horse urine. She explained things completely to me and we made adjustments to my doseage as needed with my doctor's input. I feel so much better since seeing Sherry and starting my hormone therapy. I highly recommend this pharmacy and Sherry to any woman going through menopause with a variety of troubling aliments that are affecting your life adversely. You will be glad you did.

FIRST DAY: I take two Rx’s to be filled. They can only fill one and say they will call me next day when other is ready.

SECOND DAY: I receive no call from them. Husband goes to pharmacy late in the afternoon to pick-up Rx and they CAN’T FIND IT!!! Husband calls me, I tell him that they took the Rx from me, wrote my name and number on it and said they would call me when ready. Tech gets on the phone and says since they can’t find the Rx, obviously I must not have left it. Basically, she INSULTS ME and calls me a liar. I reiterated the chain of events that took place and FINALLY, they found the Rx. Said they would not be able to fill Rx that day and they would call me when it was ready. (Not feeling too confident at this point). So this means, I will have had to make THREE trips to the pharmacy.

THIRD DAY: Once again, I do not receive a call from the pharmacy. I call – it’s STILL NOT READY!!! I tell them that I will be there at 12:30 to pick it up and that it had better be ready. When I get there – they CAN’T FIND IT! Finally, after asking everyone and searching, they find it. I receive NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience.

Sherry’s Pharmacy (and I’m reluctant to even call it a PHARMACY) is totally INCOMPETENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. It feels like it’s run by a group of AMATEURS. I have NO CONFIDENCE in this ‘establishment’ or the folks who work there and will NEVER EVER use or recommend that poor excuse for a pharmacy again. EVER!!!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
