I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.


What a great little gym! The people are super friendly and i always have a great experience there. However I went to the yoga class last weekend and received a cold vibe from the yoga instructor. She was playing the music very loudly and was very confusing in her cues. This yoga instructor should really go back and get her certificate in 200 or 500 hr. Also she needs to read this article

Other than the yoga class i would recommend this gym to almost anyone! (not veteran yogis though)

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
