This is the dirtiest YMCA that I have ever been in. The pool area is filthy. There were children under 10 that were running around in the Men's locker rooms! Where is the supervision?

Small kids were running around the place and I was wondering where their parents were at. I was told they were supposed to be supervised in the child watch program . What supervision?
