They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call r during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I was in a lot uncomfortable during the procedure, insurance refuses to pay on the claim saying it was unnecessary. This has left me unconfident of the necessity of the recommended treatment..
