Since 2007, Lenox has owned, developed, and operated a nutrition consultation company named Masters In Dietetics, L.L.C. ® In four years, this company was nominated Top 3 Small Businesses of the Year by the Lone Star Community College Small Business Development Center in 2011. Tabitha dedicates much of the success of her patients through the use of science/evidence based nutritional interventions.
Her areas of specialization include diabetes management, sports nutrition, and adult and child weight management. She is one of only 300 Registered Dietitians in the Nation who has completed 2 additional levels of training in adult weight management. As a wellness coach, she is able to help her patients set attainable goals for body success. Her main focuses are to advance the field of dietetics, to promote the Registered Dietitian as the Nutrition Expert, and to promote the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the source of nutrition information. To accomplish her goals, Tabitha continues to educate the community of the important role and function of the Registered Dietitian and provide quality Medical Nutrition Therapy one patient at a time.
