They answered hardly any of my questions, leaving me confused and frustrated at the end of our session. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.

Howard is not a practicioner of CBT. This is specifically what attracted me to him and he actually turned out to be a "let's her you talk" kind of therapist. I had to ask him for things to do. All in all it was a bad experience for me. He's not a good therapist
