great knowledgeable doctor

He diagnoses me with a neuroma. In the past i saw other doctors who couldnt diagnose my pain. I was given MRI's and was told that i have no problem.

A friend told me about Dr. Levenstien. I went to see him and he diagnosed my problem within a few minutes. He told me that 'I had a nueroma. I asked why couldnt anyone else diagnoses me as having a neuroma (they did plenty of cat scans and MRIs). Dr, Levenstien let me know that neuromas do not show up on any mri, or catscan .
Now that i am correctly diagnoses he began treatment which worked, I am now painfree after living with pain for many years

I would Never ever refer anyone to this Foot surgeon, Dr. Todd Levenstein, I was a patient of his and after my surgery it went down hill. I went to him for foot pain that i was having occasionally, had surgery to ~what I thought would correct my situation only to now be in pain 24/7. I am now in the process of having to redo and correct my surgery with a new surgeon. His staff was not so great, my appointments were messed up a few times, They were not as friendly as I would have liked, there was no compassion as things went wrong. When given enough time and rescheduled appointments, here and there they would forget to remove the appointment I was changing and then I would get phones calls ,not so nice as to why I missed these appointments, my RX's after surgery were wrong. I felt that after the surgery they just did not care, or I should say he did not care..I had constant pain. it took almost 9 months before he finally sent me for tests to see what was wrong, only to miss a very obvious condition from my surgery. My appointment to find out the results and to see what to do next was canceled after waiting for over 2 weeks to find out the results, I sat and listened to one of his receptionist complain during the time I was waiting, on many visits this would go on... had a message on my machine to call his office back about a missed appointment that I did not miss and only to have the women on the other end yelling to someone" hey whats the number here" again, this was repeated 3 x's because she could not remember after being told the number, all of my experiences at the office were just not comfortable, very very very unprofessional. He needs to stop and make his patients his top priority and have compassion for his patients. I was given a nerve test in office that my neurologist would not even look at because it was a waste to have it done, as if it were to just pacify me, because of the pain and he had no answers. When arriving for this nerve test which I thought was just being done on my foot, I find out I was not dressed right for the procedure, should have been in shorts or loose pants, the Dr nor the office felt it necessary to let me know this prior to the visit, after about 15 minutes of the Dr. looking for a gown or something for me to wear he entered the room and handed it to the technician and never ever looked at me or said hello, really who does that to their patient in pain because of surgery he did. so basically he has no bed side manor..he has a lot to learn about how to care for and be towards his patients, so my advice is if you are looking for a good office and Dr do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am angry and seriously all he had to do was care a little and be compassionate. I will be looking into having this reviewed and will take action if I can......
