I saw Andrea for years for anxiety and panic. I liked her right away. She's patient and non-threatening, a great listener, empathetic, kind, nonjudgmental, trustworthy and supportive. Her office has warm lighting and is cozy with some cute or soothing decorations, you feel safe there. She taught me some techniques on how to deal with anxiety, and helped me relax by envisioning myself someplace nice, as my best self. She never made me feel like she was better than me, only like she wanted to help me be my best. Talking things out with her always left me feeling better, and I'm grateful to her for the good place I'm in now.

She is a self-righteous, blithering, unprofessional idiot. She has done irreperable harm to those I love without ever doing a full assessment. She may be "book smart", but that is not the real world. A good clinician would certainly perform a fully, comprehensive evaluation prior to making "shoot from the hip" recommedations that have ultimately cased more harm than good. She is the worst kind of clinician; disgusting!
