I had her do new inserts for me. They cost $500.00. I misplaced them and asked for the price of a replacement. Same cast, already made once. Should be a simple matter. Her office is demanding $420.00 for replacements even with the casting and all that has been done. I am going to look into this to see if other Drs. make the same demand. She did a good job. Nothing against her. I don't think I should pay almost as much for replacements as I did for the first ones since all the groundwork is done and on file. There was no explanation for the replacement cost except, "everything has gone up."

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
