Very unprofessional, no bedside manner, not even a greeting - just "Open your mouth". Returned to office due to loose implant he was rude and didnt want to hear the problem caused by his shabby work. I had to pay additional fees for the problem to be fixed, on top of the original amount and had to enduredure over a year of pain and discomfort and upon my return his attitude was horrendous! No sympathy or concern for his patient, only excuses for his bad work.

It took over 3 years to get my implants. After being told I would have them by Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then more continual promises every year that I would have them and they would be the best, I finally received my implants several months ago and have had 3 teeth break from eating string cheese and a hot dog. I was told I could eat nuts and apples, which I don't. How could top of the line and highly expensive teeth that took a few years to make, be so cheap I don't understand. I have been getting nothing but excuses after all the pain and going without any teeth for 3 years, you would think he would replace them when they are breaking eating soft food. And then they want to charge me for fixing the broken teeth when I was told they were 100% guaranteed not to break. Save yourself some money, pain, time and grief, and go to another dentist.
