They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly and welcoming, They were able to fit me in that day. Dr Kotecha was efficient and professional. She diagnosed me immediately after 2 other doctors did not. She gave me some drops that improved the comfort and vision of my eyes within a day. The office was easy enough to find. I will return. I had a very good experience.

This provider has a nice wbsite. I am impressed with how quickly and pleasantly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how comfortable and clean it was. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at the personalizeed attention and excellent care that I received. I would recommend Dr Kotecha highly.
