I just started going to Colours back in December. I followed my stylist, Chris from another salon. He always does a great job, and the other girls there are all very sweet, and very helpful. I have also started bringing my 2 daughters there now to see Caleigh, and they just love her.

I went to this salon for the first time, and honestly, I feel like I could have cut my hair better than the girl who cut mine did! And I've never cut hair! I went in with pictures and was very clear on what I did want and DIDN'T want,, she assured me she was understanding what I was wanting so I felt very confident it would turn out good. When the cut and color was finished, I wanted to CRY! And I'm not the tyoe of girl that is in love with my hair, it's not like I'm a unpleasable customer.. It looked like I had a bowl cut! I was so embarassed by the way I looked, I didn't want to walk out. It's been several days since my visit and when I look in the mirror, I see all kinds of uneven pieces, I understand layers are supposed to be some what uneven, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!!! I will never go back to this salon! She knew I was unhappy, and did not offer to make it better.
