Master Colorist, Linda Whittaker is a true artist and my own hair savior! I had a terrible home highlight done, that was super brassy, blotchy and uneven. It also left my hair so damaged that I thought it couldn't handle any more treatments. Well Linda too one look at my mess and said with ease and confidence, "We can certainly work with this, don't you worry". I was amazed at how in only about 45 minutes, she had transformed my brassy bird's nest into the shining, soft & glowing hair that a model would be proud of. The brassiness was totally gone and she had woven in a subtle mix of blonde colors. She blew it out and styled it beautifully and even repaired a small uneven area of my recently done cut. Plus, the condition, even after more bleaching seemed much better than when I came in. Linda was very professional, efficient and made me totally at ease with the whole thing. I will definitely be going back to her. The salon was friendly, clean and professional and I didn't feel out of place or intimidated like you might feel in many high-end salons. I certainly encourage anyone to try them if they need color by seeing Linda and letting her do her magic on their locks. Coloring is both a science and an art, and Linda Whittaker truly knows her stuff!

I do not want to sound like another dramatic complainer and I have only done this once before, but my mother just received the worst customer service possible.
Linda Whittaker at Mane Edge off 9116 W. Bowles Ave in Littleton, CO treated my mother and me horribly, all over a haircut. My mom (Cathy) purchased a deal at weeklyplus.com. Unless you live under a rock you have probably noticed we are approaching a blizzard today 3/23/13. A huge amount of businesses are closing, including all the banks. I find it ridiculous to expect someone to risk an accident for a non-emergency related appointment. Cathy called in to reschedule her hair appointment due to the weather. Linda proceeded to tell her that her deal would be void if she didn’t make it. Based on the website she also originally lied about having a booked schedule.
Cathy called and was hung up on twice. She asked for the manager/the owner (Megan) and she has the day off. I then called, at which point she threatened to call the police on us for harassment and hung up. I can completely understand that there is a 24 hour notice cancellation agreement, however, this should be an exception. Especially since she was trying to reschedule for another day and not completely cancel the appointment, or get a refund.
I would like to add that I hope this does not negatively affect anyone else who works there, as I have obviously not had any type of encounter with them and Linda Whittaker’s actions should not affect their business.
In sum, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY if customer service is a large factor in whom you decide to do business with—I know it is for me and my mother. It comes down to common sense and common courtesy.
