They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will be returning to this salon.

They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I could have gotten better service somewhere else.Salon was a little too loud but not unbearably so. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. For the money, I would expect more. It is a walk in salon so that may excuse them somewhat.
