I feel like my appointment was pointless. No one let us know they were running REALLY late. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt they are totally unprofessional. They ignored me and my appointment never happened because after waiting 30 minutes, we up and LEFT. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Every time I visit, I love reading all the magazines they have in the waiting area while I'm waiting for my beauty treatment. They have a fantastic selection, and having some good reading material always makes time go by so much faster. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
