I went to C&C in the Danbury Fair Mall and got a blow dry done and the lady washed my hair, is was nice. Until she began to comb my hair, in rough and not caring way, giving me terrible split ends. I walked out having my hair in worse quality then before I arrived. She combed my hair so hard that I had to tell her to stop and she made me do it myself. But that's not why I went to a hair salon was it? To brush my own hair? It was terrible, dont go! Save your hair! Pay the extra money to go to a quality hair salon! C&C is not quality its just a good price, nothing more!

Went in to have my very naturally curly hair styled for a party, no wash or blowdry, just styled. They were friendly and attentive but, did not show me what products were being used on my hair and their instruments (curling iron and flat iron) looked like they had not been cleaned. The hair style was beautiful but, the next morning when I washed my hair it smelled very strongly of chemical processing. When I tried to dry it naturally, my hair had lost all of it's natural curl! They straightened my hair and everyone in the salon denied, denied, denied putting anything in my hair or even smelling the chemical process that I smelled, my husband smelled, my coworkers smelled and other professional salon workers smelled. I couldn't have straighter hair if I had spent 2 hours in a salon and paid hundreds of dollars for a Keratin Straightener. Very disappointed since I used to love this place. Very unprofessional.
